• Stop your vehicle

• Turn off the ignition

• Call the police department:

• If there are injuries call 911
• If there are no injuries call the Police Department: 806-775-2816

• Turn on your Emergency Flashers and place any roadside cones or markers you have

• Complete the "Accident Information Form" gathering information on the accident, vehicles, drivers, passengers, and witnesses
• Take pictures of the accident and vehicles

• Ask the police officer for a case number for his report

• Notify your insurance company
